Did any of the senior management take pay cuts or reduce bonuses in trying to keep staff to assist customers? I was at a wal mart today, they had 5 cashiers on express lanes and 2 on regular lanes and the 2 cashier supervisors were shocked when customers suggested for more cashiers. What customer service is there when there is no staff?!
